Tracy Bloom Schwartz, Owner and President: Second generation owner of this family business, Tracy has been managing the operation since 2000.  She returned to the area after a very successful career in the corporate world for the opportunity to work in her own business in the community she grew up in. She wants Creative Parties to be the place for you come to for every celebration and special moment for you and your family.

As a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), Tracy has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the business.  She is very active with the local industry and business community.  You’ll find her daily in the showroom where she supports the planning staff and runs the Boutique helping clients with invitations and other printed events items.  Tracy and her husband Alan, Creative Parties' CFO, live in Potomac, MD.  When they are not working they love to play golf and go to games where they support all the local teams!

Marci Etman, Consultant:  Marci began her career at Creative Parties in 1995.  Her experience working with clients and partner services translates into great relationships throughout the area with all of the people and places that she brings together for small gatherings, corporate events and weddings. From beginning to end she is great with creative ideas and all the details.  She lives in Potomac, MD with her husband and three children. 

Blair Peterson, Consultant: Blair joined our team in 2009 working in our boutique where she pursued her avid interest in helping clients to make events be dreams come true.  A great organizer, she keeps everyone on budget and on time.  Her sense of design and space usage, assures each event looks great and flows smoothly.  Blair lives in Potomac, MD with her husband.
